A family cleaning business with nearly 50 years of history
It's A Clean Day started as Quinn’s Cleaning Service in Los Angeles back in 1977. Today it is run by a mother and son team serving Pinellas County, Hillsborough County, Hernando County, Pasco County, and Sarasota County.
Our story
The cleaning business has been around since 1977, when it started in the Los Angeles area as Quinn’s Cleaning Service. The founder personally handled every cleaning, and word spread the old-fashioned way: one happy customer at a time.
Over the years the business moved with the family, from L.A. to Paramount, to Bellflower, then to Oregon, and finally to Florida in 1999. Each move meant starting over in a new town, and each time the business grew back through hard work and referrals. Along the way there were regular jobs, late-night waitressing shifts at a bowling alley, and the everyday juggle of raising two kids.
In 2008 the founder’s son came into the business at 15 years old. He has been a half-owner ever since, working side by side to the present day in 2026. After decades of keeping the company small and personal, we have decided it is time to expand: same family, same standards, more homes and businesses served.

Where it started

Growing across California
The business expands through Paramount, Bellflower, and back into L.A., cleaning homes on the side while holding down a regular job.
A new chapter in Oregon
After a family loss, the founder relocates to Oregon, buys her parents' home, and starts the cleaning business fresh in a new town.
Roots in Florida
The business moves to Florida, where it has stayed ever since, through late-night waitressing shifts and steady word-of-mouth growth.
The next generation joins
The founder's son comes into the business at 15 and has been a half-owner ever since, working side by side to this day.
