What areas do you serve?

We provide residential and commercial cleaning across five Florida counties: Pinellas, Hillsborough, Hernando, Pasco, and Sarasota. This covers the Tampa Bay region from Tampa and St. Petersburg out to Spring Hill, Sarasota, and surrounding communities. Do you offer one-time cleanings or only recurring service?

Both. We offer one-time deep cleans, move in / move out cleaning, post-construction touch-ups, and recurring service on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly schedule. You can start with a single visit and switch to recurring whenever you are ready.
How much does a cleaning cost?

Pricing depends on the size of your space, what you want cleaned, and how often we come. Every quote is built around your specific needs with no hidden fees or long-term contracts. Call or text us for a free, no-pressure quote.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

No. Many of our clients prefer to be out of the house while we clean, and others like to be home. Either way works for us. If you are not home, we just need access to the space and any instructions you want us to follow.
Do I need to provide cleaning supplies?

No, we bring everything needed for a standard cleaning. If you have specific products you would like us to use, or surfaces that need a particular cleaner, just let us know and we will work with you.
How do I schedule a cleaning?

The easiest way is to call or text us at 727-688-1853. Tell us about your space and what you need, and we will give you a quote and find a time that works for you. We are available Monday through Sunday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and you can call or text after hours anytime.
Do you clean commercial and office spaces?

Yes. We clean offices, salons, retail spaces, and small businesses across our service area, including after-hours and weekend availability so your business is not disrupted.
Are you a local company?

Yes. It's A Clean Day is a family-owned and operated cleaning business that has been based in Florida since 1999. A mother and son team runs the company, and we treat every home and office like it is our own.
What is your cancellation policy?

We just ask for reasonable notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Life happens, and we would rather reschedule than have you pay for a cleaning you do not need. Call or text us as soon as you know your schedule changed.
Can I add extras like the oven or fridge to my cleaning?

Yes. Inside the refrigerator, inside the oven, inside cabinets, garage sweep out, patio and lanai, and blinds and ceiling fans are all available as add-ons to any visit. Just tell us what you want included when you book.
